Advised SentinelOne as Singapore counsel, on its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Pingsafe Pte. Ltd. (“Pingsafe“), a cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) firm, and its Indian subsidiary and United States subisidary, in a cash and stock transaction.
SentinelOne is a cybersecurity platform company delivering autonomous security for endpoints, containers, cloud workloads, and IoT devices. Pingsafe, a Peak XV-backed company, is a cloud security platform that provides protection against vulnerabilities that traditional security solutions may miss.
Our role in the transaction involved conducting due diligence at the Singapore level and advising on transaction structuring and documentation in relation to the Singapore leg of the transaction.
