Ltd. in connection with the US$523.15 million acquisition of all the shares in Blink Commerce Private Limited (formerly Grofers India, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grofers International Pte. Ltd.) by Zomato. Grofers India operates an e-commerce marketplace in India, providing an information technology platform on a digital and electronic network to act as a facilitator between third-party sellers of various products and potential buyers of goods.
